Since the first initial phone call explaining I needed a new boiler Simply eco have always been so easy to contact so helpful and efficiant and made a horrible situation of being without heating or hot water better by working as fast as possible to resolve the issue The two men that came out today Sallah and another young man working with him were absolutely amazing Incredible manners so polite and hard working and helpful So happy with this service Can't thank the company enough

I recently had my home, energy upgraded, by Simply Eco as part of a government scheme and I am absolutely over the moon with the work completed. This included loft Insulation, cavity insulation, moisture extracting loft vent and a brand a new condenser Worcester green star combi boiler! Not only has this saved me a fortune in future energy bills, but the price I had to pay was outstanding. The work was scheduled to perfection, with clear communication from the office staff and absolute professionalism from all of the tradesmen involved. My home was left tidy and there was minimal disruption. With each job completed, promptly and to an incredibly high standard. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to meet your heating or plumbing needs.... 5 star plus! Thank you so much to all involved.

I have recently had a new boiler fitted by simply Eco. The whole team where so friendly and helpful they really did go out of their way from being to end. The lady Zabeena in the office was brilliant she helped to organise the job, order the boiler and explained everything to me. The engineer’s that came to fit the boiler where Chris and Mike they where so professional and friendly they where very respectful of my home and when they left the space was left clean and tidy. Simply eco came and put us a new boiler in, but because of where our boiler and gas box where they had to put in an external gas pipe outside and around the house wich was at an extra cost but the price was fair and I had no problems in paying the extra, it was either that or no boiler. they where professional throughout the whole job and the standard of work was as expected. Would highly reccomend.

Simply Eco were very professional from start to finish when completing our boiler replacement. The boiler itself is great, the guys who fitted it were professional, courteous and polite. The installation was completed on time - the guys worked late on the second day to ensure we had heating. Communication with the office was also of the highest standard. I would certainly recommend Simply eco for boiler replacement.

Simply Eco installed a central heating boiler, the booking system was really straight forward, I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they were really quick to respond. The boiler was installed the same week and the fitter did a great job, he turned up on time and cleared away all the mess afterwards. Highly recommend this company

I had a boiler fitted by this company ,from the time of initial contact the company was extremely helpful and considerate and answered my questions professionally ,the engineer Salah arrived on time ,introduced himself ,he was very considerate and also kept the area he was working in (kitchen)clean and tidy,the disruption was absolute minimum ,he did the work to an excellent standard ,l felt fully confident that l was purchasing and having fitted a good quality boiler,he explained how to use the boiler and the room thermostat taking his time to make sure l understood,the price l paid for the boiler was in my mind a fair price ,the installation was excellent ,l would recommend this company to anyone considering replacing a boiler or installing a new boiler

The engineer that came Abdul was really informative and professional throughout! Really understanding aswell with children being at home lol he was thorough and made sure we were happy with everything done which we were! Even recommended a family member who had their installation done the following week and had the same positive experience as us! We contacted the Simply Eco Team as needed a replacement boiler for our elderly mother quite urgently. The Simply Eco Team within the office were extremely efficient and communicated everything that was going to be done regarding the installation in a very prompt and professional manner. Everyone who answered the telephone were very professional, friendly and reassuring. The new boiler was installed and working within the same day. The engineers who fitted the boiler were very friendly and professional and cleaned and tidied up after themselves- my elderly mother was very comfortable having the engineers in her home and they took the time and went above and beyond in showing her how to use the controller/ timer. Honest information from the advisor on the phone as I was looking for a replacement boiler for my mother I asked about grant schemes and had extensive information. The installer did a great job at short notice .a great job from start to finish. Highly recommend

We contacted SimplyEco to install a boiler and under floor insulation for my father in law, who is 94. Although we ourselves had had a fantastic experience with them, he was extremely anxious about having strangers in his home, even whilst we were there for the installation. Organising the installation from start to finish was a breeze, with everything complete within 7 days from making the enquiry. Due to my father in laws status, Simply Eco got him a grant, with only 2 simple questions to check qualifying criteria. All this was handled by the highly efficient admin staff in the office. The surveyor and install engineer were professional, friendly and extremely respectful to my father in law, who was immediately put at ease. His final verdict? "I dont know what I was worried about, they were all smashing and Im so pleased with the result!" Would highly recommend.

From the moment I made my initial call to SimplyEco I knew I was in great hands. I was organising a boiler installation and the customer service representative was friendly, efficient and professional. The guy who came out to conduct the survey explained everything he was doing and ensured we would have everything we needed to ensure the installation was to required standard. When the plumber came to install the boiler and radiator valves he arrived late in the day, as requested, and worked through until 10pm to finish the job as there were 11 radiators to bleed and refit thermastats. He tested all of them, showed us how to use the boiler and left the house after thoroughly clearing away any mess. He too was friendly, efficient and very competent. From call, to survey, to installation, it was all done within 1 week. I was so impressed I recommended them to my father and he has been equally as delighted with their service. 5* Gold Service. Simply Eco was fantastic from my initial phone call on behalf of my elderly mother to finishing the job. The office staff were very informative and explained the installation and procedure of floor insulation and boiler replacement very well. I dealt with Sibohan & Stacy and had any questions answered. The installation engineers for both the underfloor insulation, electrical engineer and boiler replacement engineers were courteous, professional and very mindful of my mums home. They tided everything up on leaving and caused minimal disruption. Cannot fault this company - would definitely recommend. Great Job.

I had a very old existing boiler at my property so decided to replace it and received an amazing quote from Simply Eco I was very pleased with the low total cost and the high quality of installation of my new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 Life 30 C NG Combi Boiler. The gas engineer supplied by Simply Eco Ltd, Chris O Regan and his son, were first rate to deal with and the installation is of the highest possible standard. I would HIGHLY recommend.

We contacted Simply Eco Ltd in March 2022 regarding the Boiler replacement grant scheme. From first contact they were really helpful, we did our due diligence and got other quotes from other companies but decided to go with Simply Eco as they provided us with the best quote and their reviews were excellent. Initially we spoke with Siobhan Masih and she was really helpful. She talked us through the whole process and the cost involved and explained that we would need to have someone come out to the house to do a survey. George came out to survey our property and the whole process took about an hour, it was non-intrusive and involved answering a few questions and him looking in and around the property to gather information. About a week after the survey we were informed that we met the criteria to qualify for the scheme and that our new boiler could be fitted the next week! Which was just as well as the old boiler had died that same day! We chose to pay cash upon completion to the guys that fitted the boiler as you can never be too careful, we aren’t fans of paying a lot of money upfront as I’m sure others aren’t so this was the option that suited us best. The instillation team (of two) turned up on the specified day at the specified time and were followed an hour later by another two fitters (the roof guys) as the boiler vents out of the roof. Instillation entailed removal of the old boiler, fitting the new one and replacing any pipes etc. that needed it, installing a condensing pipe and supplying any radiator valves to meet specified standards, they also made good the flue in the roof. They provided us with a thermostat as the old boiler never had one and performed a chemical clean of the system. The whole process took 6 hours and the work men were neat tidy and very knowledgeable, we just left them to it and provided a steady stream of drinks  we would highly recommend Simply Eco to anyone they are fast, efficient & value for money. Easy to deal with and do not pester you like other companies do.

All was co-ordinated effectively and efficiently between the Customer Service Team in the office and both the Surveyor and Install Teams. All members of staff maintained a personable, helpful and timely approach, delivering a professional service from the start through to completion. Thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.

From day 1 they were helpful. Day 1 they came and measured up, kept me informed and communicated well. The day they turned up to fit my boiler, they were very professional, very polite and efficient. my boiler broke over 18 months ago , my husband is on benifits after a accident at work , so we couldnt afford to get a new one ,i recently found a advert on the computer about SIMPLY ECO offering grants to people on certain benifits .so i filled out the form , got a phone call not long after , and they arranged a survey , the following week , a few days after the survey ,i had a phone call to say we had been excepted and we could have a new boiler for payment off us of £1204. that was brillant . we arranged to have the boiler fitted , the 2 men came on wed 30 march about 10 am . told us what was happening , they had finished about 5.30.ish , they had tidyed up after themselves , they left no mess at all , they explained to me how to work the boiler , which phone numbers etc i might need , SIMPLY ECO have been great from start to finish , the 2 fitters were experianced , helpful ,polite , tidy and very helpful , answering any questions i had , i would highly recommend SIMPLY ECO and their fitters they are 5*********************************************************

I had a replacement boiler fitted a week ago. The fitter was professional, courteous and friendly. He made minimum mess or fuss, especially as I have an old property and he had to remove a cupboard to do the work. He left the cupboard back as it was found and everything tidy. He took my old boiler away too. He really went the extra mile, would thoroughly recommend! Five star service!

I had underflooring insulation , new boiler and bathroom extractor fan installed by simply eco as a part of government funding . Simply eco team is friendly, professional and happy to work with your best options . Mr . Bal and Mrs.Jodie ensured that I receive best experience through the whole process . They always have answered the call . On the day, the engineer came late and could not start the boiler when installed. However, Abdul the engineer did not give up until it started working till 10 . 30 pm . He was really tired but did not want to leave me without hot water and heating and in the end he managed to start the boiler . I am very pleased with the simply eco team .

We had a lot of work done. Underfloor insulation window vents extractor fan in downstairs toilet and a new boiler .The underfloor insulation was a concern as we had new carpets, the lads who did this were brilliant every thing put back as it was after making hatches to get under the floorboards. The lad who put the extractor fan in did the drilling in the wall from outside so very little mess he cleaned up what there was .The boiler was a lot of work as they had to fill in brickwork and drill new holes for new vents vents again very professional Before this work was done they explained how what and when it would be done i would recommend Simply Eco
